Male fashion finds its voice in Mayank Modi’s clothing line. His clothing spells out regality in every way, but at the same time blends in. Mayank Modi goes on to profess his view, ‘Fashion is not only about trends, it’s about the way one projects his personality’ in each of his creations. His color play mostly ranges from a blend of muted to earthy. His collection goes on to retrofit Indian art and culture by playing around with silk, prints, cotton and linen.
Recount of his journey
His story could begin with an idyllic, ‘Once upon a time.’ As a young boy all things fashion related fascinated him, and he was more often than not clad in his stylish best.
His degree in commerce from Christ University landed him a lucrative corporate job that did nothing to diminish his love for fashion. Abandoning the corporate job, he forayed into fashion and started by designing traditional men’s wear. This went on to lead to the setup of an uber-cool outlet that meets the needs of today’s man. He strives to better the present clothing in a manner that imbues the wearer’s personality.
Mayank tirelessly spends long hours designing and styling his creations which goes on to make it as unique as it is. It is the ultimate shopper’s verdict, as it offers a pick for every occasion. Looking to suit up for a party, lounge by the beach, or dapper up for a Big Fat Indian Wedding you’ve landed at the right place. His color palette is varied too, from the ageless black and white to the newfangled pinks, maroons and greens he finds the right usage of it in the best suited ways.
